Programmes  /  ExecCare Lifestyle Risk

Focused on clinical and physical risk.

The same clinical backbone and the same facility as Optimise, concentrated on the medical and physical picture. Where a full multidisciplinary day is more than an executive needs, Lifestyle Risk covers the ground that matters most.

What each session covers

01

Medical assessment. A comprehensive assessment with a review of the haematology and biochemistry profile to determine health risk: cancer risk, heart disease risk, metabolic syndrome, cognitive and mental health status, and sleep patterns.

02

Pathology. The full ExecCare pathology protocol, drawn onsite on the day, with results reviewed by the doctor before the executive leaves.

03

Fitness and ergonomics. Body composition, fitness testing, posture, flexibility, musculoskeletal review, lung function testing and ECG, including stress ECG, spirometry and graded fitness testing covering strength and VO₂ max.

04

Longevity assessment. A functional capacity assessment built around the physical qualities that decide how well an executive lives in their later decades: muscular strength, grip strength, stability and balance, mobility, and aerobic capacity, with practical steps to build and hold them.

Stepping up

Where the picture that emerges warrants a wider view, an executive can move to the Optimise programme, which adds dietetics, work management and therapeutic massage to the same clinical core.
